Please note we have recently changed from Teamviewer to ScreenConnect, contact us for your code and enter it here, this will download the ScreenConnectClient.exe. Please run this file and allow access.

By running this software you agree to give an Altrico support engineer remote access to your pc for remote support purposes only.

We will also install a small remote support module to allow for quicker access in future, this module enables us to use a chat window prior to connecting and sends us information about the hardware and software running on your pc, let us know if you would rather we didn’t install this access module.
