Level 1 Includes

- Unlimited consultation / strategic guidance on any IT related aspect of your organisation.

Level 1 for 10 users starts at £300 per month.
Level 2
Recommended for organisations with 20-80 Computers and 2-5 servers. Our level 2 support includes everything from level 1 plus a regular site visit and advanced network monitoring.
Level 2 for 30 users, starts at £750 per month.
Pay as you go
Regardless of size you may just want the flexibility of Pay As You Go, purchase a few credits upfront and you are good to go.
Pay as you go hourly rate is £100 per hour for all types of support.
